Jurate Gudaityte

Jurate Gudaityte has completed her MD and PhD from Kaunas University of Medicine, Lithuania. She is a Professor, Department of Anaesthesiology, Medical Academy, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Kaunas, Lithuania. She is working as a clinical doctor and the head of research group in anaesthesia for coloproctology. She is responsible for the education of anaesthesia and reanimation in the Faculty of Odontology and teamwork in advanced nursing in the Faculty of Nursing, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, as well as education of residents in anaesthesiology and family medicine. J. G. is the author of more than 25 publications in reputed journals and a reviewer in several peer reviewed medical journals.
Since the first Baltic Congress in Riga in 2005, Prof. Jurate Gudaityte has taken part in nearly all the following ones, starting as an abstract presenter, then a speaker and followed as a chairwoman of scientific sessions. As a scientific consultant, Prof. J. Gudaityte has promoted PhD students, residents and students to make some research results of which were presented during Baltic and ESA congresses.

Arunas Gelmanas

Arunas Gelmanas is Assoc. Professor of Anaesthesiology in Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Lithuania as well as the Head of Orthopedic - Traumatology unit of Clinic of Anaesthesiology of Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. From 2015 he is the head of Medical Simulation Center of Medical Academy, Medical Faculty of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. He is a member of Lithuanian Society of Anaesthesiologists and Reanimatologists, European Society of Regional Anaesthesia (ESRA), Baltic Society of Regional Anaesthesia (BSRA), European Society of Anaesthesiology, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS®) Faculty member.

Eglė Kontrimavičiūtė

Eglė Kontrimavičiūtė is assoc. Professor of Vilnius universiy faculty of medicine, clinic of anesthesiology and intensive care.

Danguole Rugyte

Danguole C. Rugyte - a professor in anesthesiology at the department of Anesthesiology of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Professional and academic career devoted to anesthesia in children. More than 50 publications on different topics in anesthesia, over 30 publications on postoperative pain management in children with opioid and non-opioid analgesics, and beyond. Current research interest - safety and quality of neonatal anesthesia. Over 15 publications on neonatal anesthesia practice, safety and new monitoring techniques.
